2009

Ok I must be getting used to this. Gone are those pre-convention butterflies and near panic attacks on the two hour drive to the con. No worries about what I'm going to say, how I'm going to react. And on the way home, instead of the hysterical convention "high" there was this calm, relaxed "I had a great time".

I've never stood in line for 2 1/2 hours to get an autograph! Tricia was a huge draw. I had a group photo of the cast that was lacking just two more signatures...now I just have to find Grace Park...

At last! I got to meet the original Starbuck, Dirk Benedict, who thought I was too young to remember Battlestar. Ha!

Gareth David-Lloyd, Torchwood
Ok so I had to rent the show from blockbuster.com, waited until 11:15 the night before to watch, and fell asleep 15 minutes later...so I met the actor first, and then I'll watch the show. I told him I'm sure I will like it. My friend M assures me I will.

I just couldn't resist one more photo with James Callis (Baltar, Battlestar Galactica). It was the haircut.
